Rates & Policies

Off-Peak Season (November - March): $95 a night, Peak Season - (April - October): $110 a night. Based on 2 person occupancy, additional people $20 per person, plus local 8.9% sales tax. 10% discount on 7 nights or more. Until confirmed, rates subject to change

50% deposit required upon placement of reservation. Balance due upon arrival.

Visa/Mastercard, Cash, money order, cashier's check, traveler's checks accepted.

Cancellation: Booking deposits are refundable less a $35 handling fee up to 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable, as cancellations within 30 days of arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
