About the Cottage


This fully furnished, light & brigt, 385 s.f. studio cottage sleeps 1-4, featuring a queen size bed and a full-size pull out couch. There is a small kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, large pantry, and garbage disposal. The living/dining area has a LCD wall mounted t.v. with HBO, Starz and Comcast On-Demand. There is a five disc CD player with Bose speakers.

The bathroom features a 5 foot clawfoot tub with shower ring. The garden patio is a delightful spot to entertain in the evenings. You feel like you are in a tree-house in the cottage as it borders city greenbelt and is perched above the treetops; eagles, blue herons and hawks are regularily seen here.

There is a Bendix washer/dryer combo available for your convienence for washing laundry, small loads work best.

It is conviently located just off I-5 and Hwy 99 in West Seattle on Pigeon Point overlooking the Duwamish river. You are literally 10 minutes to downtown Seattle, 20 minutes from SeaTac Airport and 5 minutes to Alki Beach.
